HUD OIG Finds Home Forward Improved Conditions at Townhouse Terrace Public Housing

HUD's Office of Inspector General evaluated Home Forward Housing Authority's Townhouse Terrace development for decent, safe, and sanitary conditions. The report carries one recommendation and no questioned costs.

HUD seeks comment by Nov. 30 on three revisions to the NSPIRE Scoring Notice

The notice covers the Oct. 1, 2026 scoring date for new affirmative requirements, a corrected Table 9 sample size table, and two corrected figures in Example 2. HUD will review comments before issuing a final notice.
